Job Description

An exciting Product Manager position has just become available with one of the most innovative aerospace companies. Our client specialises in both end-to-end customer solutions and rapid production of spacecraft platforms, radically improving spacecraft affordability and reliability by transforming and enabling next-generation space mission operations worldwide.

The Product Manager will be supporting the design and creation of aerospace technologies. This position is responsible for managing spacecraft products to provide standardised, rugged, adaptable products in support of our client's programs. This role will utilise engineering support to develop new features for a standard product that delivers valuable performance to the marketplace ahead of need and interface with programs to deploy our product across a diverse mission set. The Product Manager will work in concert with supply chain management to ensure reliable, high performance, and product on-time delivery.



  • Accountable to manage the product baseline, coordinating communication of configuration changes to all internal and external key stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead Configuration Change Board
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategic vision informed through stakeholder input and market expertise
  • Develop implementation timelines for new or improved technology to maintain competitive advantage
  • Support bid and proposal activities as required and maintain product capabilities and partnership portfolio
  • Identify product development requirements through collaboration with the business development team
  • Collaborate with the supply chain management team on strategic supplier decisions
  • Develop and manage the committed firm and long-term supply chain demand forecast
  • Develop strategies to meet demand and manage product risk in collaboration with the engineering, supply chain management and procurement teams



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Over 7 years of experience as Product Developer or Product Manager within the aviation and/or space sectors
  • Detail-oriented and abreast of data integrity and data management techniques
  • Demonstrates self-initiated work in a team environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • English speaker - Native or fluent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
