EVONA聽are working with a progressive company providing a live monitoring service to the Crop Insurance market 馃洶馃尵

As the Customer Success/Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for your crop insurance customers and ensure they achieve maximum value from their investment. Working closely with internal teams across commercial, tech, product, sales and marketing you will be able to educate customers and ensure first class service delivery.

Key parts to the role include;

路 Becoming an extension of the customers team by develop relationships at all levels within their organizations

路 Ensuring a positive start to the customer journey through effective onboarding and education

路 Develop a deep understanding of the services and the US crop insurance ecosystem, processes and regulations. This will ensure you are able to fully understand customer challenges and help them

路 Capture customer needs, both technical and commercial

路 Review all customer deliveries and ensure they exactly meet the agreed scope and are

路 flawless before delivery

路 Be the voice of the customer internally to ensure their feedback is shared

路 Work alongside sales to enable upsell opportunities and contract renewals

路 Work alongside the project managers to brief in technical work and closely monitor

路 progress

路 Work closely with marketing to share customer successes and keep up to date on topics in the industry

Ideal experience:

路 A minimum of 3 years鈥 experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role

路 Strong communicator and presenter (in all formats), able to communicate efficiently with customers, commercial colleagues and technical colleagues

路 Inquisitive, tech savvy and commercially astute

路 Has a background where you have worked alongside sales colleagues to deliver upsell and contract renewals

路 Experience of the US crop insurance market either directly or as a vendor to, would be very

advantageous, as would exposure to remote sensing or geo-spatial analytics

路 Experience or knowledge of 鈥榮tart-up鈥 environments, happy to find solutions to problems and play a part in developing new processes
