You would be joining a small team and you would be responsible for coaching junior members of staff, as well as leading and growing the team.

I am looking for a Lead IC Test and Design Validation Engineer to join the team based on-site in the UK. Ideally you will have experience with IC testing and validation, RF, analog and digital design as well as experience using MATLAB & C#. Team lead experience is desired.
