We are working with a truly game-changing, manufacturing business within the Space sector who are looking for a Material’s Manager to be a huge part of the exciting projects they have coming up.  

As the Materials Manager, you will implement processes, focus on structure, be meticulously organized to ensure precise coordination, and support the manufacturing team in the warehouse. If you are a driven and entrepreneurial people-person, then this could be the role for you!

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• 6+ years of experience inventory management and warehouse operations. 
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• 4+ years managing direct reports.
• Thorough understanding of warehousing/ manufacturing/ inventory control procedures and policies​.
• Experience with any ERP Systems for inventory control, Oracle would be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with or leading a WMS implementation.
• A team-player, with excellent people / management / supervisory skills.
• You must be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of developing and drawing flow-charts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.​
• Experience with electronics and components, or the Space / Satellite sector (highly desirable but non-essential).
