Integrated Product Team Lead

Simsbury, Connecticut

Our client is an established market leader operating the Space and Defense industry based in the Simsbury area who produce cutting edge products whilst working with the likes of NASA and other DOD companies. They are looking for an Integrated Product Team Lead who wants to take the next step in their career to work for a well established Space company.

Previous experience in the Space sector is not essential but candidates will need experience in a safety critical or high integrity industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the product team though electronics development process in support of milestones, deliverables and objectives.
• Management of multiple programs at once.
• Leading in the coordination of the design, development and qualification activities.
• Able to step in and assist with technical work when required.

Skills / Experience:

• Experience leading multiple programs at once.
• Experience leading a program from start to finish whilst showing strong project execution.
• Team execution and risk management experience - able to guide teams through the process.
• Electronics experience - an understanding of the product development lifecycle or seen the entire system.
